WHAT IS THE SALTWORK COHORT (BETA):
The Saltwork Cohort (Beta) is a 5-month, small-group experience for followers of Jesus who want their vocation to matter among the least reached. From January through April 2026, we’ll walk together through a simple but intentional framework that helps you clarify who you are, what you do, and how your work can become a faithful, sustainable presence in hard places. This is a test cohort—free and limited in size—as we refine the Saltwork model for future coaching tracks, webinars, and masterclasses.
WHO IS THE COHORT FOR:
The Saltwork Cohort welcomes three kinds of Kingdom workers on the journey of vocation and mission:

Seekers – Exploring how their profession and skills can serve among the nations.

Practitioners – Actively developing or running a business or professional platform in hard places.

Experts – Seasoned workers (+10 years) offering wisdom, mentorship, and collaboration.
